I'm finally getting around to posting about all the things I should have written about weeks ago that the PR companies that invited me to be a part of have probably given up on ever seeing coverage from. Sorry folks. I think that's what happens when you have, oh, about ten jobs…LOL.

Anyway a few weeks ago myself and some fellow bloggers found ourselves supping wintry cocktails on a chilly rooftop at the Luxe Hotel in Beverly Hills thanks to Swarovski. Swarovski have decked out the whole of Rodeo Drive with their sparkly goodness for the holidays and it's quite a treat for the eyes.

Before we headed down to witness the "pushing of the button" by the lovely Jessica Alba we got to play with a new app called 'Gold Run' which uses augmented reality and location based technology to create a fun and interactive experience. Whenever we hit a "hot spot" on Rodeo Drive we could take photos of ourselves with various bits of bling…you can even make it snow diamonds – particularly fun.

Down on the street Jessica Alba was making a very special appearance to "push the button" on the new Swarovski Social Media based sculpture featuring tweets sent it from all over the world. A very cute idea.

After the "button was pushed" we made our way to a fun after party at REG/BEV/WIL (ah Pretty Woman – never gets old) where we imbibed sparkles of a different kind.
