This little ensemble was what I wore to the Chemline Holiday Preview last night (which I'll have more on later) I love that I entirely incidentally ended up with a hybrid look between a flapper and a grungey biker – but still kept it refined…non?

It was my first attempt at wearing a turband – and despite Mr Style's "Ew God, NO" upon seeing it – think I pulled it off rather nicely. Given the shape of my head and colouring, often anything worn on my head leaves me looking like an Eastern European peasant from the turn of the century, but this, I feel, was a distinctly different look.
