Last Thursday, amidst all the craziness of Snowball planning, I was able to spend an afternoon and evening hanging out with my friends – admittedly there was a little work involved but since the work involved champagne I was down…!

I had a wonderful time at the BCBGMaxAzria holiday styling event, hosted by the lovely Sydne Summer. Champagne and tasty treats were on hand as we perused the gorgeous clothes (some beautiful dresses and some stunning skirts – to die for…) and Sydne shared some of her sensational styling tips.

The BCBG fun was short lived as I was event hopping that night and had to run off to my next event, Divine Design, benefiting Project Angel Food. Divine Design is a fantastic discount shopping event wherein everything was 50% off retail. I was invited to attend on behalf of Tulle who had donated a large quantity of clothing to the event.

There were absolutely bargains to be had, though much of what was for sale was season's old and marked up specifically for the event. The real bargains will be had tomorrow when the prices get marked down even further to 80-90% off. I'm going to try and stop by again…I had my eye on a sensational Rachel Roy jacket.

Some highlights:

Kiehls had by far the best bargains…I hope there's even more left tomorrow for extra savings!

This vintage Lanvin – donated by Decades was simply divine, but too small and too expensive for me – le sigh.
