Last weekend I had the prettiest staycation evah at The Mission Inn in Riverside celebrating the nuptials of my cousin (in law). It was one of the prettiest hotels I have ever stayed in and I'll have more on the hotel itself in my next Dedicated Traveler post and will also be sharing some pics of the lovely wedding shortly, but first – what I wore ;)

I'd been saving this dress for just the right occasion – and it's prettiness was perfect for this wedding and this setting. It's from the Karl Lagerfeld for Macys collection. The fit is universally flattering, I love the black lace trim and petal shaped sleeves. Super pretty.

I paired the dress with these equally pretty flats courtesy of Sole Society (they're called Lily) which were surprisingly comfortable for a first time wear. My bracelet and purse (just seen) are from Forever 21 and courtesy of Danielle Nicole respectively.

I wish I'd gotten a picture of my nails – they were pink, glittery and featured bows and hearts…they were very Barbie ;)

I can't wait to go back to the Mission Inn for their Festival of Lights!
