Hey there, it's Robby again from Outrageous Ruffles here for your monthly Ruffle Report!

The idea behind Ruffle Report is simple; find a cute celebrity outfit and try to come up with an equal BIY (Buy-It-Yourself) outfit!

Last time I used Lauren Conrad for the Ruffle Report and this time it's another girl from the Hills with some true style and panache, Lo Bosworth, Lauren's long time best friend and now a current star of the Lauren-less season.

The outfit I chose to review today is a simplistic, urban, and just overall trendy look.

The first item you're going to need for this look is a sea-green skirt. I've chosen a Dorothy Perkins Lacey Skirt to make up for the sheer effect the one Lo wears produces. Be sure to wear a Tan Belt with a Golden Buckle around the skirt and tuck in the t-shirt mentioned below.

To go along with the skirt a Navy Striped V-Neck Cardigan and underneath that you'll wear a White Scoop Tee with Chest Pocket.

For the feet? Some Tapeet Gold flip flops, they will tie in with the accessories.

Now finally, your favorite part. (; A few Gold and Leopard Bangles keep this outfit looking young and modern (since it's very 80's-esque!) and also you may want to wear a Gold Chain Necklace like Lo does! And for all of your things (and a cute look) a by Marc Jacobs Jacobs Black Leather Purse. Last, but certainly not least, a pair of sunglasses are the final touch!
