It's that time again dear readers, the Dedicated ladies are here again to tell you what to wear this season. We're that demanding – ha. Throughout the month, every Monday we'll be bringing you one key look based off the Spring/Summer 2010 catwalks. Then throughout the rest of the week we'll be showing you the key trends that make up these looks…. works for you? It does for us!
So kicking off the series we have 'Fairytale' and it's exactly what it says it is, that is without the Disney kitsch. We're talking serious fairytales here, Hans Christian Anderson, Brothers Grimm, Lewis Carrol, before their Disney-fication.
Sweeping gowns, grecian draping, sheer fabrics, pastel hues, sparkles & shimmers plus a handful of butterflies will pull you through this look. Worn all together… go get married, or go to a ball… worn in pieces..perfection.
This look is derived from the catwalks of Elie Saab at Paris' Couture Fashion Week, Chanel, Marchesa Dennis Basso, and Louise Goldin, amongst others.
