Metallics and spangles were somewhat everywhere on the Spring/Summer Catwalks, and whilst I've always been a fan of some spangles in the sun (ooer) it's not often that they're quite so prominent, and are often reserved for Fall/Winter collections. Almost every designer had something to say involving something sparkly, whether military circus inspired like Anna Sui, the reptilian-like shimmers at McQueen or the film noir, lingerie inspired fancies at Dior.

There's nothing like a bit of sparkle to add some magic to an outfit, and since this weeks trends have all been based off our 'Fairytale' keylook, these shimmery, spangly, sparkly goodies seemed the perfect finale.
