Polka dots are the ultimate whimsical fashion accessory.
Fabulously retro, they add a kick to any outfit. Also extremely feminine,
they’re a punchy way to welcome spring!

Keep from going overboard on polka dot items by starting
with one small dotted item at a time, like this pair of gorgeous vintage heels,
