Ethnic printed patterns, weaving, colour and texture are so important when it comes to playing around with this trend. Jumpsuits and playsuits are in for the SS10 season, and are great for hot, sunny shopping trips. There are some incredibly beautiful printed playsuits this seasons, very reminiscent of a Nigerian local. Team gorgeous print tunics, with linen shorts for a day look, and bare you legs for an evening look. Small wedge heeled sandals with weaving detail are beautiful for a day look and higher, coloured wedges are great for the evening.
The fantastic thing about prints, is so long as you keep the pattern grown up, it can be transitioned from a day-to-night look with only the addition of a pair of shoes and a little jewelry. Fantastic if you're traveling light.
Personally, I adore this trend. I wear garish prints all the time. I'm not too happy that everyone will be walking round wearing such in-your-face prints. Ironically though, they will probably be worn by the same people who used to look at me a bit oddly for wearing such prints!
