Pavement Princess: A Caper. Parts One and Two.

Ah more London outfit pics for you – and this one's a two-fer! Woo.

I fell so head over heels totally in love with this cape from Victor Wilde's collection that I wore it twice. In fairly quick succession. It's made from a vintage Navy uniform and a US flag and is both charming, stylish, comfy and warm!

In the top picture I am wearing it outside the Los Angeles Fashion Council's London Calling Show Room. I paired it with a definitive school girl look. My wool tartan skirt is from Lands End Canvas, blouse, from JCrew, little tie from ASOS, cardi from Forever 21 and my amazing Chelsea boots are from Topshop.

In the second pic I'm at Somerset House posing for the only London Fashion Week outfit post I was able to secure. You might notice that my face is a little grumpy. I was outrageously poorly and practically had to be carried home to bed rest minutes after this was snapped. Sadface!

Anyway – in this look I have paired the cape with another JCrew blouse (it's actually the exact same one) and a tafetta plaid skirt, also from Lands End Canvas. The leather gloves were pinched from Gina and the loafers are from Topshop. My purse, is courtesy of Fossil.

I'm only sad at the few pics I managed to get of my outfits in London – it's safe to say my cold weather style is so much better than my hot weather style!

Kelsi xx
