I know, I know, I've now used the same pun twice – I'll quit it I promise – but being that my personal fascination with maxi lengths is being fueled by this seasons fascination with maxi lengths – there'll be a lot more maxi-ness going on around these parts.

I love this dress – I've had it a few years and worn it a handful of times, I just love that it's so long, like really long (I'm 5ft 10 and wearing heels here) it's vintage, an Ebay purchase from Australia. The print is so fabulous – colourful but still somewhat neutral, and it features butterflies – another personal favourite, as evidenced my tattoo (that's love for life right there)
