Last month Gina and I headed back to the motherland – it was Gina’s first time in the UK so I had an amazing time sharing my country with her. More on that later. We were there for work and play, producing a blogger tea for Two Point Oh! PLUS, covering fashion week and spending time with my friends and family.
Naturally the streets of London are abundant with style – so, even more naturally, we got to snapping.
I literally chased this poor girl across the cobbles of Somerset House where a barrage of other photogs had also caught up with her. I love the vintage styling made modern with the pops of colour. I later found out through our MAGIC coverage that this is Tara Starlet – who owns an adorable line of vintage inspired clothing under the same name. You can shop Tara Starlet here (I’m personally dying over the Girlfriend Coat!!)
Spotted outside Freemason’s Hall I loved this cutie blogger’s ASOS dress so much I snapped one up for myself immediately (and it’s currently on sale!) I love the bold colour palette!
I was instantly obsessed with these stylish twins. It turns out the twin sisters, Nadia and Zehra, were wearing their own creations head to toe – I want everything. Not kidding. You can see more of their work here.
I loved this laid back look. Menswear inspired pants and hat with casual kicks topped off with a fluffy jumper (all the rage in London…I left with three, which obviously I’ll be able to wear frequently in Los Angeles…) It’s a great every day look and for those not in 90 degree weather in October, Topshop has a great selection of fluffy jumpers including this amazing pink one.
Sister’s were definitely doing it for themselves this season at London Fashion Week. These sister’s in particular were both rocking vintage looks snagged from their grandmother’s wardrobe. Jealous.
How amazing is this menswear inspired look? Cropped sweaters much like fluffy ones were everywhere (combine fluffy and cropped and you’ve got a winner) I love these plaid pants paired with the monk shoe (on it’s way to replacing the oxford as the flat of choice this fall) these Miista ones are my current faves.
We met blogger, Kristabel, at our #TPOplusUK afternoon tea and reconnected again at the Charlie May show at the St Martins Lane Hotel. I love her preppy look and Miista oxfords – I have the same one’s in rose!
Back outside Freemason’s Hall we spotted this uber androgynous look. The polkadots and briefcase are just everything and those boots are amazing.
Who’s your favourite?
