I found this tea towel when I was back home in September at my Grandma's house. It was a school project we did – I believe celebrating my schools centenary, so I must have been about seven. A childhood friend posted it to Facebook this morning and reminded me of the photos I took.
The perception I had of myself is hilarious (and ties in nicely with my over the top outfit post of this morning) I mean I'm literally covered in flowers and bows (I'm even carrying flowers) and apparently wearing a Mary Katrantzou number. LOL. Look at that waist!
I think my favourite part are the eyebrows and what I think are supposed to be rosy cheeks. I still love a strong brow and rosy cheeks to this day….!
I was clearly a fashion queen before I had any understanding of what that meant. I'm also thankful for my education – which was thorough, British and filled with art and music, so despite not ever really "fitting in" I always had an outlet that encouraged this level of creativity.
