Alright, so this is the first ever Ruffle Report for Dedicated Follower of Fashion! I’m Robby Weber, and I write a little blog called Outrageous Ruffles. (You should come visit sometime!) The idea behind Ruffle Report is simple; find a cute celebrity outfit and try to come up with an equal BIY (Buy-It-Yourself) outfit!

So for the first edition, I’ve picked a very simple outfit sported by Lauren Conrad. It works perfectly for a summer or spring day out with the girls or a casual date!

So the first item is a Marlene Birger Ruffle White Blouse pictured above, (Net-a-Porter – $335) This sort of top is great as a substitute for the simplistic one Lauren wore. It doesn’t have the swooping neckline, but it adds to the uniqueness of the look.

For the bottoms, a pair of Banana Republic Straight Leg Jeans ($79.50) Lauren doesn’t wear skinny jeans with this top because of the flowing silhouette presented by the top. To keep the comfortable yet sexy look, she utilizes a straight leg jean. This Banana Republic Jean is perfect.

A few accessories keep the outfit from seeming too boring!

This Ring (Juicy Couture – $58) will keep your outfit looking fresh and cute! Rock this golden bracelet (BCBG MaxAzria – $58) to show you know how to accessorize and this necklace (BCBG MaxAzria – $68) is the perfect way to pull your outfit together! 
Finish off your look with these gorgeous sandals (Michael Kors – $195) Simple, yet effective.

This Valentino red leather tote (Net-a-Porter – $2150) with shoulder strap would bring the ultimate magnificence to the look! 
Oh and don’t forget the Rayban gold frame aviators (Zappos – $89.00)!!
